When WebsiteCrew completes your project, we email you a personal, secure review link. If you can’t find it, or it has expired, request a new one — we’ll send it only to the email address used for your project.

Our review policy

Honest, and treated the same whatever the rating.

  • Only customers whose projects we have completed are invited, so every review carries a Verified Project label.
  • We never offer rewards for reviews, and we invite every customer — not just happy ones.
  • We publish genuine reviews of every rating. We cannot edit a customer’s rating or words.
  • We only decline reviews that are spam, abusive or unlawful, contain private personal information, or aren’t from a genuine customer.
  • Customers choose how their name appears. Email addresses are never published.
