What do your prices include?
Each card lists exactly what is included, the number of pages and the revision rounds. Customers supply written content and photographs unless the quotation states otherwise.
Do I need hosting and a domain?
Yes, every website needs a domain name and hosting. These are paid to the providers and are separate from our design fee unless your quotation says otherwise. We can advise on options.
Are there monthly costs?
Only what you choose. Hosting, domain renewals and any paid tools are charged by those providers. Our maintenance plans are optional.
Who owns my website?
Ownership, content, domain and handover arrangements are set out in your quotation and our Terms & Conditions.
How long does it take?
Timelines depend on the package and how quickly content and feedback arrive. We confirm an expected timeline when we quote.
What are revision rounds?
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes you send us after reviewing the design. Extra changes can be quoted as additional services.
Will my website show on Google?
Every package includes basic on-page SEO to help search engines understand your site. We can’t promise specific rankings — no honest designer can.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes — website redesigns start from R999. Request a redesign quote.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, using Shopify or WooCommerce. See e-commerce websites.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. We’re based in South Africa and serve clients locally and worldwide.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed in your quotation before work starts, and are covered in our Terms & Conditions.
What if I need changes later?
You can request one-off updates at any time without a monthly plan.
